This patch allows you to implement per-connection and other limits in tcpserver (from ucspi-tcp package)

Latest version is tcpserver-limits-2006-01-26.diff
compared to 2005-09-03 version, it fixes a bug when sometimes DIEMSG would not be shown when rejecting a connection from client; and it allows '0' as value for MAXCONNIP and MAXCONNC (to always reject a connection from specified addresses). Thanks for both goes to Mark Powell !

limits implemented are:

and you can set them separately for any target in .cdb file (tcpserver -x option)
You can also print a message to client if limit is exceeded.
